Job summary

AbbVie Inc. in the United States seeks a Senior Sales Analyst (IC) for Immunology to shape incentive programs and analyze sales data. You will develop compensation models, validate results, and partner with IC Leads to communicate insights across functions.

You'll work with Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and Finance to ensure fair incentive programs, while evaluating franchise performance and leveraging AI tools to streamline analyses and reporting.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of previous work experience in sales compensation, sales operations, or analytics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and data accuracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Support incentive program planning, design, modeling, implementation and administration.
• Validate franchise payouts, eligibility and resolve discrepancies.
• Develop reporting and insights to guide business decisions.
• Provide field support and communications on incentive questions.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools for reporting and workflows.
