Job summary

Revolution Medicines is seeking a Senior Oncology Account Manager to promote its oncology portfolio and build strong relationships with physicians, hospitals and cancer centers within the assigned territory.

You will serve as a clinical and business leader, delivering approved disease and product information, access resources, and value-driven solutions to key decision-makers while reporting to the Area Business Director.

Qualifications

• MA/MS/BA/BS degree and 12-15+ years biopharma experience.
• 8-12+ years in oncology product sales.
• Proven track record of oncology product launches.
• Experience launching oncology with companion diagnostics.
• Proven performer in competitive markets.
• Experience in solo-representative selling environments.
• Success in small/midsize biotech settings.
• Willingness to travel ~50% and meet territorial travel needs.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and establishment of accounts.

Responsibilities

• Direct promotion of Revolution Medicines’ products in the assigned territory.
• Build strong relationships with private practices, hospitals and centers.
• Provide disease and product information to key decision-makers.
• Develop business plans and drive action through data insights.
• Represent RevMed’s brands in a compliant, ethical manner.
