Job summary

Revolution Medicines is seeking a Senior Oncology Account Manager to promote its portfolio and build strong professional relationships with customers across hospitals and practices. You will act as a clinical and business leader, providing disease and product information and resources to decision-makers within your territory.

The role reports to the Area Business Director and requires deep knowledge of oncology products, reimbursement, and access strategies, with the ability to balance virtual

Qualifications

• MA/MS/BA/BS degree and 12-15+ years of biopharma industry experience.
• 8-12+ years of oncology product sales experience.
• Proven track record of oncology product launches.
• Oral oncolytic product launch experience.
• Experience launching oncology products with companion diagnostics.
• Must permanently reside in the territory and travel ~50%.

Responsibilities

• Effectively markets Revolution Medicines’ product portfolio in the designated territory.
• Exceed assigned performance goals by promoting RevMed products to appropriate patients.
• Develop business plans and target key accounts for access and reimbursement.
• Build deep, sustained customer relationships across accounts.
• Represent RevMed in a professional, compliant manner.
• Demonstrate understanding of disease states and product value across channels.
• Travel as required to meetings and trainings; manage territory resources.
