Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• MBA or graduate degree preferred.
• 5-7+ years of pharmaceutical/medical device sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders.
• Monitor and analyze territory-level sales data.
• Collaborate with marketing on selling materials and feedback.
• Support key accounts within the geography on cross-functional teams.
• Engage with care teams and demonstrate product preparation and administration.
• Educate patient care teams on protocols and adverse event management.
• Travel up to 75% as needed.
• Represent AbbVie in ultra-rare hematology space with HCPs and patient organizations.
