Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of pharmaceutical/medical device sales experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytics with business acumen including budgeting.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing partners.
• Willing to travel up to 75% and pass credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
• Monitor and analyze territory sales data to drive growth.
• Provide feedback to marketing on materials and promotion strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support key accounts.
• Represent AbbVie as a partner of choice in ultra-rare hematology with care teams.
• Attend local oncology events and conferences, including evenings/weekends.
