Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of pharmaceutical/medical device sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytics with budgeting and business acumen.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to foster relationships with senior management and partners.
• Willing to travel up to 75% and pass credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders in the territory.
• Monitor and analyze territory level sales data.
• Proactively provide feedback to marketing on selling materials and strategy.
• Participate on cross-functional teams to support key accounts.
• Collaborate with other account managers across the country.
• Engage care teams and educate on product protocols and adverse event management.
• Represent AbbVie with healthcare professionals and patient organizations.
• Attend local oncology society meetings, conferences, and patient programs.
• Meet HCIR credentialing requirements for facility entry in the territory.
