Partnerize in the United States is seeking a Customer Onboarding Senior Specialist to guide new clients through platform onboarding, train partners, and shape onboarding programs to maximize value.

You will coordinate with cross‑functional teams, manage non‑technical onboarding tasks, and deliver training sessions while mentoring junior teammates, ensuring high‑quality customer experiences.

Strong project management, excellent communication, and a passion for digital marketing are essential.

• Client or customer support experience (minimum 2 years)
• Project management experience
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical information to a non-technical audience

Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding meetings and coordinate onboarding sessions with new customers
• Manage the non-technical aspects of the onboarding process across multiple teams
• Maintain Salesforce internal reports and flag risks
• Assist clients migrating partners onto Partnerize
• Coordinate platform support tasks and conduct training sessions for clients
• Create internal and external documentation
• Provide guidance and training to junior team members and meet SLAs/KPIs
