Job summary

PAR Technology Corporation is seeking a Senior Onboarding Manager, Ordering, to lead complex enterprise restaurant implementations on the PAR digital ordering platform. You will manage onboarding from kickoff through go-live and hypercare, ensuring structured delivery and customer success.

You will guide multi-location deployments, balance competing needs, and mentor junior team members while collaborating with Product and Engineering to address dependencies and improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in SaaS onboarding or related customer-facing function.
• Experience with restaurant or QSR tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding engagements end to end from kickoff to go-live and hypercare.
• Own project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, governance, and stakeholder comms.
• Serve as primary onboarding partner guiding customers through complex decisions.
