Job summary

KnowBe4, Inc. is seeking a Senior Onboarding Consultant to lead customer onboarding across Security Awareness, Cloud Email Security, and Risk Management platforms.

You will work with Sales, CSMs, Product, Engineering, and Support to guide customers through setup, configuration, and activation while sharing best practices for rapid adoption. The role requires 3-5 years in customer onboarding or related fields, strong communication, and knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce).

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in Customer Implementation, Onboarding or related roles.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM.
• Familiarity with IT security concepts and AI/SaaS space.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation for new customers across KnowBe4 products.
• Collaborate with Sales, CSMs, and Product to design onboarding plans.
• Provide hands-on setup, configuration and initial training.
• Serve as primary onboarding contact, addressing inquiries and issues.
• Recommend ways to integrate KnowBe4 products into customers’ tech environment.
• Share best practices to move customers into adoption phase.
• Ensure smooth handoff between Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering and Support on onboarding questions.
• Document all onboarding steps, configurations and final production solution.
• Handle larger technical workloads with deep product knowledge.
• Lead junior team members in adopting best practices.
