Job summary

Trustwell LLC is seeking a Senior Onboarding Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of onboarding for medium to large enterprise customers, including requirements gathering, deployment, training, and transition to Customer Success. You will mentor the onboarding team, collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, and drive best practices to improve platform adoption and services revenue.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading onboarding projects with enterprise customers.
• Strong project management skills incl. risk, timeline, and stakeholder comms.
• Mentor and collaborate to support team development.
• High EI and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication, incl. exec summaries.
• Strong data analysis using Excel/Sheets and data tools.
• Experience advocating for customer needs cross-functionally.
• Familiarity with FoodLogiQ, Salesforce, JIRA, Smartsheet, Gantt charts.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex onboarding projects with strategic customers.
• Mentor onboarding team members on best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success for feedback.
• Serve as SME in FoodLogiQ configuration and process design.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and mitigations.
• Develop and host training sessions for internal/external audiences.
• Provide hands-on support for configuration and data analysis.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and improve experience.
• Offer strategic insights to enhance onboarding processes.
• Help administer team tools and documentation.
• Participate in user acceptance testing and feedback.
• Champion customer success aligning onboarding with goals.
• Support strategic planning for large-scale initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
