KnowBe4, Inc. is seeking a Senior Onboarding Consultant to lead customer onboarding across Security Awareness, Cloud Email Security, and Risk Management platforms.
You will work with Sales, CSMs, Product, Engineering, and Support to guide customers through setup, configuration, and activation while sharing best practices for rapid adoption. The role requires 3-5 years in customer onboarding or related fields, strong communication, and knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce).

The Snr. Onboarding Consultant is a key member of the KnowBe4 Global Customer Services team, responsible for ensuring a seamless and successful onboarding experience for KnowBe4 customers across its portfolio of products (Security Awareness, Cloud Email Security, Risk Management) . The Snr. Onboarding Consultant will work closely with customers as well as key internal stakeholders including Sales, Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Customer Support, Product and Engineering to guide clients through the onboarding process, providing best practices on product setup, configuration and activation, product capability and feature review, and advice and guidance in deploying an initial high value use case into production.

The base pay for this position ranges from $60,000 - $65,000, which will vary depending on how well an applicant's skills and experience align with the job description listed above.
