Qualifications

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience is common.
• Maintain OEM certifications as directed by management.
• Good knowledge of relevant software and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the SLA for each client.
• Meet established customer service criteria as outlined by guidelines.
• Complete all administrative tasks for each call as documented.
• Record real-time reporting of all calls per policy.
• Follow established policies and documents for service delivery.
• Ensure control of assets and inventory per client agreements.
• Report all activity accurately and timely.
• Understand safety policies and work within guidelines.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
