Job summary

Irvine Company Apartment Communities is hiring a Service (Maintenance) Manager for Santa Clara Square in Santa Clara. The role leads a large on-site maintenance team, oversees service requests, unit turns, and preventive maintenance to preserve assets, and collaborates with project managers on capital projects.

You will manage the maintenance budget, coordinate vendors, and train staff to uphold safety standards and exceptional resident service at a luxury community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 5–7 years of supervisor experience in maintenance operations.
• On-call for after-hours emergencies; weekend/evening availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large on-site maintenance team and manage daily activities.
• Coordinate service requests, unit turns, and capital projects.
• Ensure safety training and OSHA compliance for staff.
• Monitor budget, inventory, and reporting on variances.
• Maintain common areas and coordinate with vendors.
