Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to install, commission, diagnose, repair, and start-up HVAC systems on commercial projects.

You will read construction drawings, coordinate with trades, manage on-site safety, maintain inventory, and document costs. Requires 2–5 years of Commercial HVAC installation, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license; technical training preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 2-5 years in Commercial HVAC installation.
• Technical school or formal training preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• State contractor licenses preferred (HVAC Journeyman, Boiler Operator, Gas Installer, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, diagnose, repair, and start-up HVAC systems.
• Plan and complete projects on time; coordinate with other trades.
• Read drawings and use hand tools to mount and install equipment.
• Maintain inventory and document activities, times, costs.
• Provide on-site training and customer support; supply leads.
