Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to serve our on-site commercial customers. You will commission, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, coordinating with project leaders and customers to meet exact requirements while applying your knowledge of air conditioning theory and mechanical layouts.

The role requires a High School diploma, 5+ years of HVAC experience, EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent required, and typically 5 plus years of experience in HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with team leader and customer to understand requirements for on-site installations and repairs.
• Represent the company as the direct customer contact, diagnosing and repairing equipment on site.
• Use software and hand tools to diagnose and repair units per blueprints or specs.
• Maintain safety standards and flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed.
• Ensure security and accountability of company assets and record usage and condition.
