Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Field-based Installation Foreman to lead HVAC system installations at customer sites, including commissioning, diagnosis and start-up. You will plan, coordinate, and supervise activities, ensuring safety and on-time delivery.

The role requires 2–5 years in commercial HVAC installation, a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel including overnight stays. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in Commercial HVAC installation.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation team across commissioning, diagnosis, repair and start-up of HVAC systems.
• Plan, coordinate and complete projects on schedule and within budget.
• Inspect site layouts, gather materials and supervise subcontractors as needed.
• Ensure safety, quality installation and timely paperwork completion.
