Job summary

Trane Technologies in the United States is seeking an HVAC Installer/Technician to install, commission, diagnose, repair and startup HVAC systems at customer sites. You will plan projects, read drawings, and ensure safety and compliance while coordinating with other trades.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2–5 years of commercial HVAC installation experience, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to work overtime and travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2–5 years in Commercial HVAC Installation.
• Technical School or formal training preferred.
• Valid driver's license for at least 12 months with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, diagnose, repair, and start-up HVAC systems on customer sites.
• Plan, analyze, and complete projects; read and interpret drawings and specs.
• Use hand tools and coordinate on-site work with other trades to ensure safety and quality.
• Maintain inventory, document work, and provide on-site training as needed.
• Provide technical support to customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
