Job summary

Trane Technologies is a world leader in climate solutions and invites applications for an HVAC Installer to work on customer sites. You will install, commission, diagnose, repair, and start-up systems, using plans, controls, and electrical/hydraulic knowledge to ensure safe, efficient installations.

The role requires 2–5 years in commercial HVAC installation, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel or work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years of experience in Commercial HVAC installation.
• Technical school or formal training preferred.
• Valid driver's license for minimum 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, diagnose, repair, and start-up HVAC systems on client sites.
• Plan, analyze, and complete projects on time and within scope.
• Interpret drawings, plans, and specs to mount and install equipment.
• Maintain inventory and document work, costs, and labor.
• Provide on-site training and customer support as needed.
• Coordinate with other trades and project managers for on-schedule delivery.
