Job summary

Worley is seeking an HR Manager – Craft Operations (On-Site) to lead project-based People activities across workforce planning, mobilization, and employee relations for large craft populations on an active industrial site. You will partner with project leadership and client teams to drive compliant, efficient workforce delivery.

The role requires strong site presence, leadership, and the ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a field construction environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in Human Resources or People Operations or construction workforce support.
• Minimum 5+ years supporting construction, industrial, or project-based environments.
• Minimum 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and workforce compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site People Team operations and coach staff.
• Forecast workforce demand and mobilization schedules with project leadership.
• Advise managers on attendance, conduct, performance, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, records management, and audits.
• Engage with client stakeholders and maintain workforce partnerships.
• Oversee onboarding, orientation, and workforce mobilization processes.
