Job summary

Worley Group, Inc. is seeking a Craft Recruiter (Off-Site) to develop talent pipelines, manage requisitions, and drive high-volume staffing for industrial projects from an off-site location.

You will partner with project leadership, People teams, and onboarding to ensure skilled craft resources are mobilized on schedule, while maintaining strong candidate relationships and compliance across recruiting activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years recruiting experience in industrial construction or related settings.
• Experience recruiting skilled craft professionals for direct-hire projects.
• Experience with ATS systems and candidate outreach platforms.
• Ability to work from an off-site location with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop project-specific recruiting plans aligned with labor forecasts and mobilization schedules.
• Manage requisitions, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
• Build and maintain craft candidate pipelines across multiple trades.
• Coordinate hiring events, job fairs, and targeted campaigns.
• Provide recruitment status updates and pipeline reporting to project leaders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment practices.
