Job summary
Worley seeks an on-site HR Manager for Craft Operations to lead the People Team on major industrial construction projects. You will drive workforce planning, mobilization, employee relations, compliance, and talent strategies for large craft populations across the project lifecycle.
The role requires strong site presence, collaboration with project leadership and client stakeholders, and the ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day operational execution on active job sites.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years of HR, People Operations, or employee relations experience.
- Minimum 5+ years supporting construction, industrial, or project-based environments.
- 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and workforce compliance.
- Experience with large craft populations on site.
Responsibilities
- Lead on-site People Team across craft operations and projects.
- Forecast workforce demand, mobilization, and staffing plans.
- Advise supervisors on attendance, performance, and HR investigations.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and audit readiness.
