Job summary

Worley is seeking an HR Administrator - Craft Operations (Off-Site) to provide administrative and employee-services support for current and former employees across onboarding, records management, compliance, and workforce transactions.

You will collaborate with project leadership, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, and People Operations to ensure accurate, confidential handling of information and responsive service within a dynamic, project-based environment.

Qualifications

• Administrative, People Operations, HR, onboarding, records management, or project support experience.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office apps (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests, deadlines, and transactions simultaneously.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Collaborative with cross-functional teams (Employees, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrative contact for current and former employees.
• Process Electrical Hours Requests and prepare Electrical License Reports.
• Manage employment verification requests and benefits documentation.
• Manage Service Desk tickets and communicate resolutions to employees and stakeholders.
• Support payroll inquiries including W-2 questions with Payroll.
• Assist onboarding activities and track completion status.
• Process Form I-9 documentation and employment authorization verification through HireRight.
• Maintain and audit employee records and confidentiality.
• Coordinate employee transfers and workforce movements.
• Monitor unemployment claims and provide required information.
• Process employee separations and coordinate with People Operations, Payroll, and project teams.
• Maintain compliance with work authorization and data privacy requirements.
