Job summary

Worley seeks a Craft Recruiter (Off-Site) to support major construction projects from an office-based environment. You will translate workforce plans into targeted recruiting strategies to attract skilled craft professionals, manage requisitions, and maintain qualified pipelines for electricians, pipefitters, welders, and carpenters.

Experience delivering direct-hire craft recruiting for construction projects.
Ability to develop workforce forecasts and mobilization schedules.

Responsibilities

Develop project-specific recruiting plans aligned with staffing forecasts and project execution objectives.
Maintain accurate requisition information and manage candidate screening and selection activities.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for skilled craft positions (electricians, pipefitters, welders, laborers, operators, carpenters, ironworkers).
Coordinate hiring events, job fairs, and targeted recruiting campaigns.
Facilitate transitions from recruitment through onboarding and integration into projects.
