Job summary

BuzzClan is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to assist Client Services Operations with service desk requests, hardware installations, and software support in Edenton and surrounding counties. Travel is required and expenses are reimbursed for on-site work.

The role partners with IT and Data Center teams to resolve incidents and implement IT solutions. The candidate will maintain documentation, support device imaging, and manage data/profile migrations while keeping customers satisfied and

Qualifications

• Expertise with diverse computer hardware, software, peripherals, and networking basics.
• Experience imaging and provisioning new computers with loaded software.
• Ability to install and configure printers and peripheral devices.
• Experience migrating user data and profiles during hardware refresh.
• Documentation of processes and procedures for technical support activities.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or equivalent call-tracking system.
• Willingness and ability to travel for onsite duties.
