Job summary

MIRACORP is seeking a Project Manager IV to lead complex design and construction projects for government facilities in Tamuning, GU. The role oversees planning through occupancy, manages scope, budget, and schedule, and applies expertise in building systems, codes, life safety, and quality assurance.

The incumbent serves as on-site project manager, resolving field issues and ensuring delivery through coordination with internal teams, A/E firms, contractors, and customer agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree in related field preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience managing design and construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale government facility projects from planning to occupancy.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, and procurement.
• Coordinate with A/E firms, contractors and customer agencies.
• Review design documents, submittals and progress.
• Provide technical expertise on building systems and codes.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and maintain documentation.
