Job summary

MIRACORP is seeking an experienced Project Manager IV to lead complex government facility projects from planning through occupancy. You will manage scope, budget, and schedule while providing technical expertise on building systems, life safety, and QA, coordinating with internal teams, A/E firms, contractors, and customer agencies.

The role requires on-site leadership, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain project documentation and stakeholder communications across multiple

Qualifications

• : Bachelor’s degree or higher in construction-related field, plus relevant experience.
• : Master’s degree preferred for advancement and complex projects.
• : Strong knowledge of building systems, codes, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple large-scale construction and renovation projects from planning through occupancy.
• Develop and track project milestones, budgets, and schedules to meet contract requirements.
• Coordinate with A/E firms, contractors, and customer agencies; review submittals and invoices.
