Job summary

MIRACORP in Garapan Saipan, MP 96950, seeks a Project Manager IV to lead complex government facilities design and construction projects from planning through occupancy. You will oversee scope, budget, schedule, and ensure compliance with codes and safety standards on-site with coordination across A/E firms, contractors, and client agencies.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in CM/engineering/architecture and at least ten years of PM experience; master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; and/or ten years of experience.
• Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of building design, construction methods, and commercial building systems.
• Proficiency in project management principles, scheduling, cost estimating, and reading construction documents.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple high-value projects.
• Advanced computer skills and familiarity with PM and estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple large-scale construction and renovation projects, including scope, budgeting, scheduling, and contractor oversight.
• Prepare project plans, milestones, track progress, and ensure compliance with codes and quality standards.
• Serve as on-site project manager or inspector, resolve field issues, and ensure contract alignment.
• Review design documents, submittals, and invoices; coordinate with A/E firms, contractors, and customer agencies.
• Provide technical expertise on building systems, environmental regs, and best practices.
• Facilitate project meetings and maintain strong stakeholder communication.
