Job summary

DAVIS is seeking a Superintendent to provide on-site leadership for field management, coordinating with project teams, subs, and clients to execute work on time and within budget. The role drives safety, quality, and project controls while maintaining client relationships and promoting the DAVIS brand.

Responsibilities include safety program enforcement, CPM scheduling with the Project Manager, submittal reviews, and coordination across trades.

Qualifications

• Four+ years of supervisory construction experience required.
• Experience reviewing submittals, RFIs and coordinating with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety programs on site and lead safety orientation.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to develop CPM schedule and track progress.
• Review and manage submittals, RFIs, and contract documents.
