James G. Davis Construction Corporation is seeking a Superintendent to provide leadership for on-site field management, coordinating planning and execution to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires extensive supervisory experience, safety program oversight, and collaboration with owners, design teams, and trade partners. This position emphasizes quality control, risk mitigation, and client relationships while enforcing company standards on every project site.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of construction operations experience or a CM degree with 5+ years supervisory experience.
• CPR / First Aid and OSHA 30 certifications.
• Proficiency with scheduling, PM software, and virtual construction tools.
• Knowledge of sustainable construction (LEED) and safety compliance.
• Ability to lead a team and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead field meetings with internal and external stakeholders to align goals and timelines.
• Partner with the PM team to assign responsibilities and support team development.
• Develop and enforce quality control processes and manage risks.
• Implement and enforce EHS policies and conduct safety inspections.
• Manage project documentation, schedules, RFIs, daily reports, and closeout.
• Oversee look-ahead schedules, site logistics, and coordination with trade partners.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure project milestones and final inspections are met.
