Job summary

DAVIS is seeking a Senior Superintendent to provide on-site leadership for large, complex projects in Rockville, MD. You will oversee field operations, supervise superintendents and subcontractors, and work closely with owners and design teams to keep projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety and quality plans, managing schedules, and ensuring documentation, with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement across all project phases.

Qualifications

• Ten to fifteen years of construction operations experience or a Bachelor's degree with at least seven years of progressive supervisory experience.
• CPR/First Aid and OSHA 30-hour certifications are required.
• Proficiency with scheduling, spreadsheet and project management software; knowledge of virtual construction tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead large projects and manage schedules, coordinating trade partners to ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee all field operations with emphasis on safety, quality, and contract compliance.
• Collaborate with owners, designers, and consultants to resolve issues and maintain alignment with project goals.
• Mentor field teams and enforce DAVIS quality plans and safety practices.
