Job summary

DAVIS is seeking a Senior Superintendent to provide executive on-site leadership for large, complex projects. You will supervise superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and field staff; coordinate with clients and design teams; and enforce safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

The role requires extensive construction management experience, CPR/First Aid and OSHA 30-hour certifications, and proficiency with scheduling and project management tools. LEED knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ten to fifteen years of construction operations experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field with at least seven years of supervising experience.
• CPR / First Aid and OSHA 30-hour certifications.
• Proficiency with scheduling software, spreadsheets, project management tools, and virtual construction software.
• Knowledge of sustainable construction (e.g. LEED).
• Ability to lead a team and drive a project to a successful outcome.

Responsibilities

• Lead large projects, manage schedules, coordinate trade partners, and ensure project success.
• Oversee all field operations to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Lead project execution with PM, field operations, and coordination with trade partners to meet schedules, safety, quality, and contractual obligations.
• Partner with the project management team to lead project teams with strong organizational skills and focus on goals.
• Apply knowledge of construction systems to ensure efficient, cost-effective, safe operations.
