Constellation Brands, Phoenix, AZ, is seeking an On-Premise Representative to build relationships with bars, restaurants, and venues, driving beer portfolio sales in both package and draft formats. You will promote Constellation beer brands, educate staff and customers, and execute on-premise events to boost visibility and trial.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 1 year of outside sales experience, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience.
• Approximately 1 year of proven results in outside sales.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends and travel as needed.

Mansioni

• Develop and manage relationships with key on-premise accounts within the territory.
• Achieve sales targets and distribution goals by executing sales initiatives and securing new placements in package and draft formats.
• Plan and execute on-premise events, samplings, staff trainings, and promotions to drive brand awareness.
• Monitor competitive activity, market trends, and consumer preferences; report findings to sales leadership.
• Maintain accurate records of sales calls, account activity, activation feedback, expenses and market activity.
