Bacardi-Martini seeks an Account Manager to own a defined universe of on-premise accounts in the Atlanta market. You will grow volume, visibility, and brand advocacy through consultative selling, strong relationships, and precise commercial planning, delivering profit in collaboration with distributor partners.

The role emphasizes training, reporting discipline, and market intelligence to strengthen customer partnerships and drive measurable business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in beverage alcohol, hospitality, supplier, distributor, restaurant, nightlife, or bar operations.
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with independent on-premise accounts and cocktail programs desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and CRM/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined universe of on-premise accounts and drive profitable growth.
• Lead meetings with key account stakeholders and build long-term commercial plans.
• Execute sales activations, training, and KPI reporting across accounts.
