Responsibilities

• Lead the On-Premise Consumer Facing Team to grow distribution and hit KPIs.
• Set distributor targets with regional leadership and ensure follow-through.
• Provide monthly training and support to distributor sales forces.
• Oversee budget, events and promotional execution across on-premise accounts.
