Job summary

Silvus Technologies seeks an experienced Senior Sales Director for OEM & Defense Primes to drive B2B design-win revenue across defense primes and UAS/UGV/USV ecosystems. You will guide the full sales lifecycle from technical eval to MSAs and production orders, with up to 50% travel.

This role focuses on embedding Silvus MANET radios as the baseline in partners' platforms, leading a high-performing sales organization in North America, and reporting to the Silvus Sales leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales leadership in defense/public safety tech or unmanned systems.
• Experience leading multi-million dollar quotas and teams.
• Strong procurement and Federal/State market knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver annual orders and revenue targets; provide accurate forecasts.
• Lead, onboard and develop the sales team; monitor performance.
• Drive pipeline velocity; ensure rigorous CRM tracking and forecasting.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, marketing and BD teams to grow the business.
• Source, interview and hire to build a high-performing sales team.
