Silvus Technologies seeks a Senior Sales Director for OEM & Defense Primes to lead a high-performing B2B sales team across North America. You will drive design-wins and manage full lifecycle from evaluation to MSAs and high-volume orders.

The role emphasizes collaboration with engineering and product teams, and requires up to 50% travel to customer sites, demos, and trade shows. Remote-work eligibility depends on location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, or related technical discipline with 10+ years sales leadership in unmanned systems, tactical or public safety tech; or Associate’s with 12 years; or HS diploma with 14 years.
• Domain expertise across Federal/State & Local markets and procurement processes.
• 5+ years in a senior sales management role with multi-million-dollar quotas.
• Strong grasp of RF comms, MANET, SDR, and spectrum awareness.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months; U.S. citizen required.
• All employment contingent upon background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver annual order and revenue targets for the OEM and Defense Primes vertical in North America.
• Lead onboarding, meetings, and ongoing training; monitor sales team performance.
• Drive pipeline velocity with CRM tracking and accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with Silvus engineering, product development, marketing, and BD teams.
• Source, interview, and hire to build a high-performing sales team.
• Resolve complex customer issues and close major deals.
• Translate company goals into daily tasks for sales reps.
• Travel up to 50% for site visits, field demos, and trade shows.
