Job summary

Silvus Technologies seeks an experienced Senior Sales Director to lead OEM and defense primes revenue across North America. You will drive design-win deals, oversee a top-tier sales team, and partner with engineering, marketing, and business development to secure MSAs and large orders.

You will manage the full sales lifecycle from initial evaluation to production orders, with up to 50% travel for field demos and executive briefings. Remote work is possible depending on location.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of successful sales leadership in unmanned systems or defense tech.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.
• Must be a U.S. citizen due to government contracts.
• 5+ years in senior sales management with multi-million-dollar quotas.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver annual order and revenue targets for the OEM/Defense Primes vertical across North America.
• Lead and develop the sales team; conduct regular 1-on-1s.
• Drive pipeline velocity, CRM tracking, and forecasting for all deals.
• Collaborate with Silvus engineering, product development, marketing, and business development.
• Source, interview, and hire to maintain a high-performing team.
• Travel up to 50% for customer visits, field demos, and major trade shows.
