Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, seeks a Senior Sales Director for OEM & Defense Primes to lead a high-performance team delivering B2B design-wins across defense primes and unmanned systems. Travel up to 50% for field demos, tests, and major trade shows, with remote-work eligibility by location.

You will own revenue targets, manage MSAs, and drive production orders while aligning with engineering and marketing teams to expand the OEM/Defense vertical.

Competenze

• Requires deep understanding of procurement and budgets across Federal and/or State & Local markets.
• Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and manage high-performing field sales teams.
• Security clearance or ability to obtain one within 15 months of hire.

Mansioni

• Own and deliver annual order and revenue targets and long-term forecasts.
• Lead and develop the sales team; conduct regular performance reviews.
• Drive pipeline velocity and CRM accuracy for all deals.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, marketing, and BD to grow the business.
• Source, interview, and hire top sales talent; manage territory coverage.
• Handle customer escalations and assist with major negotiations.
• Translate company goals into daily tasks for sales reps.
