Job summary

Continental, Auburn, AL, seeks a Senior Account Manager to lead relationships with OEM customers and drive business from initial opportunity through RFQ and delivery. You will coordinate with Global KAMs, regional KAMs, and cross-functional teams in R&D, Controlling, and supply chain to meet business targets.

Deep knowledge of OE programs, tire development, and engineering interfaces is essential. Travel up to 20% domestically or internationally and relocation support are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in OE Account Management, automotive engineering, or tire development.
• High level English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience on OEM projects in international contexts.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willing to travel up to 20% domestically or internationally.
• Relocation expenses are possible.

Responsibilities

• Manage business with assigned OEM customers and lead commercial initiatives.
• Develop business cases and quotations with Controlling, R&D and KAMs.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to meet Continental objectives.
• Ensure correct payment for products and forecast customer needs.
• Build relationships with OE stakeholders at operative and managerial levels.
• Represent Continental in high-level commercial and technical meetings.
• Forecast requirements and support fulfillment activities.
