Job summary

PHA Alabama is seeking a seasoned account and technical sales professional to drive business growth in the US automotive sector. You will lead CRM activities, coordinate with Domestic sales and HQ teams, and shape account strategies for top customers.

The role requires strong negotiation, market analysis, and program management skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional projects from conception through mass production. In-person work in Alabama is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in account/technical sales at Tier 1 supplier to OEMs.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and sales lifecycle.

Responsibilities
