Job summary

Continental Tire the Americas, LLC is seeking an Account Quality Manager for the Truck Tire OE & ContiKit groups in the Americas. You will oversee quality activities for both OE customers and ContiKit initiatives, interfacing with Key Account Management, internal departments, and manufacturing sites to ensure top-tier quality performance.

The role emphasizes PPAP/APQP coordination, customer complaint handling, and technical compliance, with travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
2+ years quality experience in automotive.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Experience working directly with customers.
Knowledge of Automotive Core Tools and structured problem solving.
Willingness to travel up to 20%.
US work authorization; visa support for internal candidates.
Relocation assistance for internal candidates only.

Responsibilities

Management and implementation of Customer Specific Requirements
Support and oversight of PPAP and APQP activities within the assigned accounts
Management of customer complaints, including all structured problem solving activities
Coordinate and manage customer audits of Continental plants and warehouses
Monitor and react to customer satisfaction scorecards
Involvement in Technical Compliance activities for all TT OE and ContiKit customers
Support the rapid expansion of ContiKit in North America
