Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
- At least 2+ years of related professional experience.
- 1+ year in tire or chassis development, testing, or automotive engineering.
- Strong project management skills and international collaboration experience.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% (domestic and international).
- Legal authorization to work in the US; visa sponsorship not available.
Responsibilities
- Drive profitable OE passenger and light truck tire business across the Americas as primary technical interface.
- Lead OE tire development projects from initiation to production release.
- Coordinate with Product Development Team and stakeholders for launches and approvals.
- Support PPAP, testing, and documentation for production release.
- Develop technical strategies, manage customer requirements, and ensure quality.
- Support quality management, audits, and continuous improvement programs.
