Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Senior Director, Global People & Talent Operations to own the end-to-end employee lifecycle across a global, multi-entity workforce. You will set the vision for people technology, partner with Workday, and build a scalable, automation-first service delivery model.

You'll lead the People Operations team, drive data integrity, and partner across HR, finance, and legal to ensure compliant, efficient processes at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in People Operations or HR Shared Services, including 7+ years leading teams undergoing accelerated scaling and change.
• Experience designing, implementing and iterating HR/People workflows and processes to support large distributed populations; ideally up to 25,000 people.
• Demonstrated experience architecting and managing cross-functional processes amid evolving policy, process and system needs.
• Proven ability to partner with stakeholders to implement changes impacting roles, processes and system interactions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end employee lifecycle across a global, multi-entity workforce.
• Lead and grow the People Operations team to scale with the company.
• Own data accuracy, audit readiness, and controls across the employee lifecycle.
• Design end-to-end processes, SOPs, and RACI documentation for People Operations.
• Partner with Workday and translate operational needs into system design decisions.
• Identify and drive opportunities to apply AI and automation in People Operations.
• Collaborate across Total Rewards, Employee Success, HRBPs, Talent, Legal, Payroll, and Finance.
• Own training, knowledge base, and onboarding for the People Operations team.
• Define KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
