Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Change Manager to drive the people side of organizational transformations across offices and sites. You will build readiness strategies, craft communications, and coach employees through transitions using proven frameworks like Prosci ADKAR.

The role requires strategic communication, empathy, and the ability to influence without direct authority in a high-growth tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in change management, organizational development, HR, or project mgmt.
• Proven stakeholder influence in driving alignment and action without direct authority.
• Exceptional active listening skills with empathy and clarity.
• Comfort with ambiguity and evolving priorities.
• Experience leading change management for workplace or real estate projects.
• Experience collaborating in a workplace team across functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear messaging.

Responsibilities

• Change Impact Assessment: analyze current vs future state to understand impact on people, processes, systems.
• Change Strategy & Roadmapping: develop plans and timelines for initiatives.
• Readiness Assessments: evaluate organizational readiness and identify gaps.
• Leadership Alignment: activate senior leaders as change sponsors.
• Stakeholder Engagement: involve stakeholders across levels in the journey.
• Communication Design & Delivery: create multi-channel campaigns, draft assets, ensure timely delivery.
• Training Collaboration: design and deliver targeted training programs.
• Resistance Management: anticipate friction and coach managers to navigate change.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: align with teammates and stakeholders across the business.
• Metrics & Reporting: track adoption metrics and impact on goals.
• Travel: 10% domestic and international travel to global offices.
