Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Architecture, Design, Real Estate, Finance, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8+ years' related experience in workplace strategy, architecture, corporate real estate, facilities management, or related roles.
• Experience building strong client relationships and anticipating needs.
• Workplace program implementation in corporate settings with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in engagements addressing the future of work and portfolio optimization.
• Develop occupancy plans based on space supply and demand requirements.
• Manage space questions, test fits, blocking and stacking plans.
• Develop stacking, adjacency, migration, and move sequencing for projects.
• Gather space requirements across business units and coordinate across teams.
• Analyze data and generate data-driven occupancy solutions.
