Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Occupancy Planner/OP Lead in Wilmington, NC to develop occupancy strategy solutions, oversee moves, adds, and changes, and drive project engagements with a regional client. You will manage workload across teams, maintain white-glove service, and act as a change agent.

The role emphasizes strategic workplace planning, occupancy execution, and data analytics, with onsite flexibility and a preference for 3 days onsite and 2 remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in workplace strategy, occupancy planning, or related roles.
• Strong client relationship experience and ability to translate needs into solutions.
• Experience implementing workplace programs in corporate real estate or facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Develop occupancy plans and scenario analyses for client projects.
• Serve as single point of contact for space questions and move coordination.
• Create stacking, adjacency, and migration plans for relocations and co-location projects.
• Coordinate requirements across business units and deliver data-driven recommendations.
• Report on seat demand, occupancy metrics, and cost savings across projects.
