Cribl is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to design, deploy, and operate observability systems for a cloud-first telemetry platform. You will help ensure reliability, performance, and resilience across Cribl's production services in a remote-first US team.

You will work with Terraform/Ansible, cloud SDKs, AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, and monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Sentry, and participate in incident response with blameless postmortems.

Qualifications

• Design, implement, and operate observability systems for cloud platforms.
• Hands-on with Terraform or Ansible for infrastructure as code.
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure and container orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Engage with teams to improve service delivery and reliability across lifecycle.
• Measure and monitor production systems for availability and latency.
• Diagnose errors in production and drive reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with product/platform teams to enhance resiliency and observability.
• Identify toil and drive automation to reduce support load.
• This role will require stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties.
