Zusammenfassung

Ensono is seeking an Expert Observability Engineer to lead the enterprise observability, APM, and telemetry ecosystem. You will architect a unified, automated framework across hybrid cloud, Kubernetes, and legacy environments, driving SRE practices and FOAK implementations for maximum reliability.

You will guide transition from reactive to proactive monitoring, define telemetry standards, and mentor global teams while aligning with ITIL/ITSM processes and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of IT experience and leadership in enterprise environments.
• Experience migrating organizations to proactive observability platforms.
• Hands-on with telemetry pipelines and time-series databases.
• Preferred FOAK rollouts and vendor/operations transitions.

Aufgaben

• Architect and govern a unified observability framework across metrics, logs, traces, and events.
• Lead FOAK implementations and evaluate new observability tech.
• Define telemetry pipelines standards and cost management.
• Define SLIs/SLOs and lead major incident war rooms and RCA.
• Drive Observability-as-Code and automation for monitoring agents.
