Job summary

Ensono is seeking an Expert Observability Engineer to lead enterprise observability, APM, and telemetry initiatives. You will architect a unified framework across hybrid cloud, Kubernetes, and legacy environments, driving SRE practices and FOAK tech.

The role emphasizes automation, security, and scalable patterns for reliable service delivery. You will guide complex KT programs, mentor teams, and shape enterprise roadmaps, while coordinating with ITSM and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Twelve plus years in IT with leadership roles in enterprise environments.
• Proven migration from legacy monitoring to proactive observability platforms.
• Hands-on in building scalable telemetry pipelines and time-series databases.
• Lead FOAK rollouts and vendor/operations transitions.

Responsibilities

• Architect and govern a unified observability framework for metrics, logs, traces, and events.
• Lead FOAK implementations and evaluate new observability tech.
• Define telemetry standards, data retention, and cost management.
• Define SLIs/SLOs and lead major incident war rooms with RCA.
• Drive Observability-as-Code and automation across CI/CD pipelines.
