Job summary

Ensono seeks an Expert Observability Engineer to lead enterprise Observability, APM, and telemetry ecosystems. You will guide the transformation to a unified, automated framework across hybrid cloud and Kubernetes, designing scalable architectures and driving SRE practices to ensure high service reliability.

You’ll own FOAK tech implementations, mentor global teams, and define telemetry standards while partnering with ITSM and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise observability programs.
• Proven track record migrating to automated observability.
• Hands-on with time-series data pipelines.
• Strong vendor and KT transition experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect a unified observability framework across metrics, logs, traces, and events.
• Define SLIs/SLOs and lead incident war rooms.
• Drive Observability-as-Code and automation initiatives.
• Design Kubernetes-native observability for multi-cloud environments.
• Lead knowledge transfer and cross-team mentoring.
